The pictures I sent you appeared in the Sphere in 1908: they were taken about eight years ago at our villiage by Taunt an Oxford photographer.

Henry Taunt was a very well known local businessman and photographer. He had a shop on Broad Street and sold postcards and guide books - one of the reasons he took so many photographs.
